D I Y :: Boho Wall Hanging

DIY-boho-wallhang

Hey, guys! Today’s tutorial is for DIY boho wall hangings! If you read my DIY Wall Hanging Jewelry Organizer post, then you know I love wall hangs. Wall hangings are SUPER trendy right now, but are often sold at prices from $50-$200 which is not trendy!! I see wall hangings all over the Pinterest interior design world, and I love them so much I knew I couldn’t go on without one, so I made one (or 3) of them for under TEN dollars!! I’m obsessed and this seriously might be my favorite DIY ever! This tutorial is so simple, it doesn’t take a lot of time, and it’s super cheap!...

 Hey, guys! Today I’m doing a Tjmaxx haul, both on the blog AND on Youtube! Since we’re in full blown sweater weather, I decided I needed to buy some new sweaters! Everytime I get dressed these days I’m in the mood for a sweater, but I only have like 3 sweaters that I LOVE and I feel like I over-wear them, so I decided to treat myself! I always find the best things at Tjmaxx/Marshall’s, and this time was no different! Keep reading to see my new sweaters + a couple of other fun things! Weeeeeeee! Boybrow-haloscope-review

Hey, guys! Today’s review is for Glossier’s “Boy Brow” brow gel + their Haloscope highlighter stick in moonstone! As you know if you read my last glossier haul, I’m a huge fan of Glossier, but I’m an even bigger fan of their Haloscope Highlighter sticks! I already have one in quarts, but I really wanted to try the moonstone because it’s a purple + opalescent color which I LOVE! Glossier is currently doing a Haloscope + Boy Brow duo for $30, and since I’ve been wanting to try Boy Brow gel because it’s a best seller, I went for the deal! Keep reading for my full review of each product,...

L I F E S T Y L E :: Halloweekend Costumes!

Hey, guys! It’s HALLOWEEN! Well, not yet, but it IS Halloweekend, which is even better because it means multiple costumes! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because it gives me an excuse to dress up and play around with makeup! As a makeup artist and beauty junkie, Halloween is heaven for me!! This year I was Daenerys Targaryen on Friday night (link to the scene here), and a Mermaid on Saturday night! I LOVE seeing everyone else’s costumes on Halloween (especially if they’re really good) so I figured I would share mine here + I have a million pictures that are just dying to be shared lol. –  D...

HAPPIE THOUGHTS :: Being Vegan for the Past Month

Why-i-went-vegan

Hey, guys! So I DID the V-word! I went vegan!  I’ve never been a huge meat-eater, and I’ve been on and off vegetarian for years now, but a couple years ago if you asked me if I thought I’d be vegan, I would have said HELL no! I never thought that I would be vegan! I always thought that only super-strict, boring, crazies went vegan…until I did my research and realized how many amazing benefits there are to being vegan! It’s been one month, I’ve cheated 4 times, and I’m still considering myself vegan because that sh*t’s hard to quit (that sh*t being cheese). Becoming vegan is a huge lifestyle change,...

R E V I E W :: Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam

Bondi-sands-tanning-foam-review

Hey, guys! For years now, I have followed beauty bloggers, fashion bloggers, and Instagram models on (you guessed it), Instagram! These influencers are known for creating major hype for certain beauty products, and usually, if enough bloggers praise a certain beauty product, they become “cult favorites” (Better than Sex mascara, anyone?). One product that I’ve seen all of my favorite beauty bloggers promoting is Bondi Sands tanning foam. I’ve seen Bondi sands alllllll over the internet, and I’ve ALWAYS wanted to try it, and since my summer tan is completely gone and I’m extremely sad about it, I ordered myself a bottle of the Ultra dark tanning foam to see...
